SERVICE TIER OFFERINGS


RMAS offers four Service Tiers that can be dependent on the hotel brand, sales system, and whether you have in-house revenue management team.
All tiers offer incredible expertise, resources and expansive services to meet all your revenue management needs by leveraging the Marriott systems and key partnerships.​
TIER I
Primarily geared towards Select Brand hotels. Includes all basic revenue management functions with a 30-minute weekly strategy call. All revenue management systems are supported including One Yield, HPP and MRDW reporting. ​​
TIER II
Builds from Tier I directed towards dynamic Select Brand hotels. Group business evaluation or additional time spent on your hotel are additional options based on your needs. A 60-minute weekly strategy call is included.​​
TIER III
Available to Select or Full-Service Brands with CI/TY. Staffing ratios allow for more time spent per hotel and a weekly 60-minute strategy review. Group Strategy is reviewed monthly including group pricing maintenance and additional reports.​​
TIER IV
Available to Select or Full-Service Brands with CI/TY. Staffing ratios allow for more time spent per hotel and a weekly 60-minute strategy review. Group Strategy is reviewed monthly including group pricing maintenance and additional reports.​​
Custom Revenue Services
Beginning with a base of TIER I, all brands can enroll with RMAS and customize revenue management services. Pricing will be dependent on services requested. Weekly strategy review meetings vary from 30-60 minutes. ​​

Plus Services

RMAS offers an Extended Hours Support Program as an option for RMAS participating hotels in addition to their Monday-Friday support. Support will be limited to reactive revenue-impacting tasks during the following times:

2024:
Friday: 7pm-11pm EST
Saturday: 9am-10pm EST
Sunday: 9am-8pm EST
Select Weekday Holidays: 9am-8pm EST
