Matt Dolan
Vice PresidentRevenue Management Advisory Services & US Managed by Marriott Select BrandsMatt Dolan is Vice President, Revenue Management Advisory Services and US Marriott Select Brands. Matt is responsible for leading the US/Canada Revenue Management Advisory Services & US Managed by Marriott Select Brands organizations, supporting nearly 2,200 hotels and twenty-five brands.
Since joining Marriott 24 years ago, Matt has held fourteen diverse roles across multiple disciplines, including Operations, Franchise Topline Support, Sales and Revenue Management.
He is a transformative and innovative executive focused on growth, connection, and impact by leading key strategic imperatives and developing synergies among high-performing teams across complex environments; successfully driving collaboration towards exceeding revenue and growth expectations and increase market share. -
Sue Griffin
Vice PresidentPartnership Services RMAS – East/CanadaSue is a 33-year veteran of Marriott International. For the last 25 years, she has been in various roles in Revenue Management, including training, opening and transitioning new hotels, systems and leadership of RMAS.
Sue is a graduate of Saint Louis University, where she majored in Communications and French and has a minor in Marketing. -
Cindy Ruchman
Vice PresidentPartnership Services RMAS-WestCindy Ruchman is a 35-year Marriott International veteran. Cindy and her team support the western portion of the US. Cindy's experience spans revenue management and sales disciplines. Cindy has worked in various markets on property and at the corporate level.
Cindy is a graduate from Indiana University. She utilizes her experience to drive hotel performance and stakeholder satisfaction. -
Angela Davis
Area Director of OperationsRMASAngela currently serves as the Area Director of Operations supporting all RMAS regions and all participating properties in the functions of RM Operations, Learning and Development, Analytics, Quality Assurance, and the Bench support team. Her primary responsibility is to lead cross-functional teams that provide effective support in RM Operations to over 2,000 properties, maximizing revenue and profits. Angela began her Marriott RM career as a revenue manager in 2006 and since that time has held multiple positions including Senior Manager-Openings and Transitions, and Senior Team Leader-Western Region.
Angela is originally from Glasgow, Scotland, and prior to starting her Revenue Management career served as a Peace Corps Development volunteer in Kazakhstan, where she learned to speak Russian. She is a recipient of Marriott's Business Leadership Award. Angela graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a degree in Business Administration. She holds a Data Analytics Certification from Cornell. -
Brendan Rogers
Area DirectorRMASBrendan is an Area Director for the Eastern region in RMAS. He leads a team of 4 Directors and is responsible for the oversight of 420 hotels, where he optimizes total hotel revenues, including pricing strategy, mix management, inventory management and business evaluation approaches that drive profitable revenue. Brendan's previous roles includes opening new hotels in operations, Revenue Management, Area Revenue Management and numerous leadership roles in RMAS.
Brendan received his Bachelors degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from Johnson and Wales University. -
Risa Zerga
Area DirectorRMASRisa Zerga has spent over 30 years in the hospitality industry, holding positions in front of the house, sales leadership, and market revenue management and strategy. Risa has been with RMAS nine years and has leveraged her operations, sales, and revenue expertise to drive exceptional results for her hotels in the Southwest and Western Mountain Pacific states.
Risa holds a Masters in Business Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Business and has been recognized with a Team of the Year award, as well as multiple Chairman's Circle awards. -
Carolyn Fredey
Area DirectorRMASRevenue Management Leader for multiple markets including New York, Suburban Maryland, and London. Currently, Market Director of RMAS with focus on high occupancy MSB hotels needing custom deliverables and strategies.
BA at Florida State University, MMH at Cornell University, and currently an Adjunct Professor at New York University. Special recognition at Marriott International includes Global RM Leader in 2012 for revenue management leadership during the 2012 London Olympic Games. -
Andrea Tyler
Area DirectorRMASAndrea Tyler is Area Director, Revenue Management Advisory Services for the Western US Region. She is responsible for leading a team of Directors, Senior Revenue Managers, Revenue Managers and Senior Group Strategy Managers supporting 400+ hotels topline sales.
She is a graduate of Iowa State University majoring in Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management. Since joining Marriott in 1989, Andrea has held a variety of positions including Front Office Operations, Sales & Marketing and Revenue Management in Missouri, Los Angeles and Des Moines prior to joining RMAS. Andrea is a recognized leader with Marriott having achieved the prestigious Chairman's Circle award four times. In addition, she has led 4 different teams to Revenue Management team of the year, and she was awarded a Global Revenue Leader award.
When not working, you can find Andrea on her Peloton, enjoying time with friends in Austin, TX, or finding her youth through her young adult children.

Theresa Doherty
Area DirectorRMASTheresa has over 30 years of experience with Marriott. She started in operations in the Washington DC area with managerial roles in front office and reservations. She spent time at our Corporate Office working with systems, focusing on training and installation. She opened the CasaMagna Cancun Resort as Front Office Manager and then began her career in Revenue Management, handling the CasaMagna Mexico Resorts.
She moved on to create the Cluster Revenue Management organization for the Boston market. She later transitioned to the Market Revenue Management Leader role with expanded oversight of hotels in the market. She joined RMAS in 2018 as an Area Director. Theresa is a graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hotel Administration. She has been an adjunct professor at the Boston University School of Hospitality. -
Mary Jensen
Area DirectorRMAS US & CanadaMary is a 20-year Marriott veteran. Mary has held various roles in Accounting and has spent the last 15 years in Revenue Management. Mary has led Marriott's Pre-Opening Hotel Revenue Management team and has held Senior leadership roles supporting the RMAS team and hotels in the Eastern Region. In her current role, Mary oversees the team and hotels in the Northeast US and Canada.
Mary holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Science & Policy from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Mary has completed Marriott's Emerging Leader Program and has been awarded the Global Revenue Management's Team of the Year. -
Kristin Davis
Area DirectorRMASKristin began her Marriott Career in 1996 at the Renaissance-Baltimore Harborplace Hotel. She has more than 27 years in the hospitality industry with 22 years in Revenue Management including the last 20 years in various leadership roles and markets in the greater Atlanta area. Kristin recently joined Revenue Management Advisory Services as an Area Director with markets throughout the East Coast.
Kristin is a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Hospitality Management. A member of the inaugural class of the Emerging Leader Program, Kristin has a passion for training and developing others. Over her career with Marriott she has received multiple accolades, achieved Chairman’s Circle twice and most recently was recognized as a Revenue Management Hall of Fame honoree.

Tracy Gerlach
Vice PresidentRMASTracy Gerlach currently serves as Vice President of Support Services. Her primary responsibility is to provide Ad Hoc Revenue Management support to hotels to maximize revenue and performance.
Tracy is a proven Revenue Management Leader with extensive experience in property and above property strategic Revenue Management Leadership roles. Tracy started her career at Marriott in 1990 in operations. Since that time, Tracy has held various positions within the Marriott organization, including General Manager and Revenue Management leadership roles, ultimately leading to the position of Area Director, PLUS Services Revenue Management.
Tracy has her Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Northeastern State University. Tracy has been awarded the Elite Revenue Management Leader of the Year Award for the Americas, as well as the Quarterly Revenue Management Business Leadership Award.
