Tracy's journey with Marriott has included a progression of leadership positions—from General Manager to various strategic roles in revenue management—each of which has deepened her understanding of hotel performance and strengthened her ability to drive results through data-informed decision-making and collaborative leadership.

As an innovative executive, Tracy has a proven history of developing and implementing high-impact strategies that drive sustainable growth and enhance service delivery for hotels, owners, and management companies. Her visionary leadership and strategic acumen continue to make a significant impact in the hospitality sector.

Burke's journey with Marriott began in sales and evolved through a series of strategic roles in revenue management, including leadership positions at varying hotel types including multiple Marriott Select Brand properties, flagship urban hotels like the New York Marriott Marquis, as well as regional Revenue Management oversight for full service and luxury hotels across the Southeast U.S.

Dan Budnyk currently serves as the Vice President, Partnership Services where he oversees the day to day strategic operations of the teams that manage portfolios for more than 1,800 hotels across the United States.  Dan is a results driven leader that creates excitement from his stakeholders on the power that collaboration can have on hotels achieving their topline potential.  

Dan's career with Marriott began 20 years ago with roles in Operations, Sales, and Reservations.  Over the last 15 years in Revenue Management leadership, Dan has led teams to consistently exceed topline goals and expand market share across complex and diverse portfolios.  His experience spans different support models, dynamic markets throughout the US, and encompasses Marriott Premium, Luxury, and Select Brands.

Dan has a passion for designing and leading large-scale initiatives that optimize organizational performance.   He also believes that shared vision, transparency, and mutual trust are keys to ensuring strong partnerships with his stakeholders.  Dan is committed to ensuring RMAS leads the Revenue Management discipline and Hospitality industry forward.

Angela currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations at RMAS, where she supports all regions and participating properties across key functions including Revenue Management Operations, Talent Development, Analytics, Quality Assurance, and the Bench Support Team. In this role, Angela leads cross-functional teams that deliver strategic and operational support to over 2,000 properties, with a focus on maximizing revenue and profitability.

Angela began her career with Marriott in 2006 as a Revenue Manager and has since held several leadership roles, including Senior Manager of Openings and Transitions and Senior Team Leader for the Western Region.

Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, Angela brings a global perspective to her work. Before entering the field of Revenue Management, she served as a Peace Corps Development Volunteer in Kazakhstan, where she also learned to speak Russian. She is a proud recipient of Marriott's Business Leadership Award.

Angela holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside, and a Data Analytics Certification from Cornell University.

Andrea Tyler is Senior Director, Revenue Management Advisory Services for the Western US Region. She is responsible for leading a team of Directors, Senior Revenue Managers, Revenue Managers and Senior Group Strategy Managers supporting topline sales of over 400 hotels.

She is a graduate of Iowa State University majoring in Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management. Since joining Marriott in 1989, Andrea has held a variety of positions including Front Office Operations, Sales & Marketing and Revenue Management in Missouri, Los Angeles and Des Moines prior to joining RMAS. Andrea is a recognized leader with Marriott having achieved the prestigious Chairman's Circle award four times. In addition, she has led 4 different teams to Revenue Management team of the year, and she was awarded a Global Revenue Leader award.

When not working, you can find Andrea on her Peloton, enjoying time with friends in Austin, TX, or finding her youth through her young adult children.

Risa has been with RMAS nine years and has leveraged her operations, sales, and revenue expertise to drive exceptional results for her hotels in the Southwest and Western Mountain Pacific states. 

Risa holds a Master's in Business Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Business and has been recognized with a Team of the Year award, as well as multiple Chairman's Circle awards.

Brendan is Senior Director supporting hotels in the Eastern region in RMAS. He leads a team of 4 Directors and is responsible for the oversight of 420 hotels, where he optimizes total hotel revenues, including pricing strategy, mix management, inventory management, and business evaluation approaches that drive profitable revenue. Brendan's previous roles include opening new hotels in operations, Revenue Management, Area Revenue Management and numerous leadership roles in RMAS.

Brendan received his Bachelor's degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from Johnson and Wales University.

Katie Dickherber is the Senior Director of Revenue Manager Advisory Services (RMAS) at Marriott. In this role, she leads a dedicated team of Directors, Senior Revenue Managers, and Revenue Managers, providing support to over 340 hotels.

Katie graduated from Missouri State University with a B.S. in Hospitality and Restaurant Administration. Since joining Marriott in 2002, she has gained extensive experience across various departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Restaurants, Events, Catering Sales, and Function Space Inventory Management. Her journey within RMAS has seen her excel as a Revenue Manager, Team Leader, and Director, culminating in her current position as Senior Director.

A recognized leader within Marriott, Katie was honored with the RMAS Leader of the Year award in 2019. She is passionate about Revenue Systems and is committed to driving performance through efficiencies and strategic collaborations.

Katie resides in St. Louis, Missouri.  When not working, you can find Katie attending her kids' dance competitions and hockey games, traveling, and enjoying time with friends and family.

Kristin began her Marriott Career in 1996 at the Renaissance-Baltimore Harborplace Hotel. She has more than 27 years in the hospitality industry, with 22 years in Revenue Management, including the last 20 years in various leadership roles and markets in the greater Atlanta area. Kristin recently joined Revenue Management Advisory Services as an Area Director with markets throughout the East Coast.

Kristin is a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Hospitality Management. A member of the inaugural class of the Emerging Leader Program, Kristin has a passion for training and developing others. Over her career with Marriott, she has received multiple accolades, achieved Chairman’s Circle twice and most recently was recognized as a Revenue Management Hall of Fame honoree.

Her exceptional performance has earned her prestigious accolades, including the 2024 US & Canada Top Performer award and the 2023 Elite Award for Team of the Year.

Kathy Kight serves as Senior Director of PLUS Services where she oversees revenue management support for franchise and managed hotels across the U.S. and Canada. In this role, she is responsible for developing solutions for project management, trainings, audits, and task force solutions for revenue management teams that enhance hotel performance and profitability.

Since assuming leadership of PLUS Services, Kathy has driven significant growth, expanded the team, and introduced new deliverables that maximize value for stakeholders. Under her leadership, the team has achieved strong financial performance, enhanced engagement, and implemented innovative tools and processes that improve efficiency for revenue management teams.

Kathy brings more than 30 years of hospitality experience. Her career has spanned both operations and revenue management, including General Manager roles and progressively senior positions within RMAS, where she developed deep expertise in inventory strategy, pricing, and performance optimization.

She is recognized for her collaborative leadership approach, active involvement in cross-functional initiatives, and dedication to developing talent through mentoring, training, and participation in strategic think tanks and pilot programs.

Stephanie Neville-Cannon is the Senior Director of RMAS Support Services, where she leads above-property support solutions across rooms control, group housing, and extended hours support. She is responsible for developing and scaling service models that drive operational efficiency, enhance hotel performance, and unlock total revenue opportunities across managed and franchise portfolios.

She has played a key role in expanding several high-impact initiatives, including the evolution of Extended Hours Support (EHS) and Above Property Rooms Control (APRC) to provide broader commercial coverage, as well as developing new service offerings to support a growing and diverse hotel portfolio. Most recently, she has led multiple pilot programs focused on scaling support solutions and testing new approaches to drive incremental revenue and improve property-level execution.

With over a decade of experience in revenue management, sales, and hotel operations, Stephanie brings a well-rounded perspective to commercial strategy. She began her career in property-level roles across luxury and full-service brands before moving into centralized revenue management, where she has held progressive leadership roles within RMAS. She is known for driving results, building high-performing teams, and delivering innovative, data-driven solutions through strong cross-functional partnerships.

Stephanie is passionate about developing talent and creating scalable strategies that balance operational excellence with measurable business impact.
