Rooms Control Support

APRC provides Annual Rooms Control and Task Force Rooms Control support for Full-Service and Marriott Select Brand hotels in the United States and Canada. Support is available for short-term needs, including 1- to 5-month task force assignments, as well as ongoing annual support. Our Rooms Control Support focuses on helping hotels improve key performance areas such as Intent to Recommend, Elite Appreciation, Chat Response Times, and the Contactless Journey Index.
