Annual Support Offerings


APRC offers Annual & Task Force Rooms Control Support, GXP/PMS Training, and GXP Audits for Full-Service and MSB Hotels in the US and Canada.  Hotels can choose from 7 day a week, 5 day a week or weekend support.
Support includes weekly stand-up meetings, quarterly leadership touchpoints, review of GXP, customer care and Ambassador cases, reservation blocking, pre-arrival emails, mobile check-in, key and chat, review of discrepancies and balancing to actuals.
Tier 1
Available for Select Brand Hotels in tertiary markets with less than 150 rooms. ​
Tier 2
Available for Select Brand Hotels in Primary & Secondary markets with more than 150 rooms and Full-Service Hotels wtih less than 100 rooms.​
Tier 3
Available for Full-Service Hotels in Primary & Secondary markets with 101-600 rooms. ​
Tier 4
Available for Full-Service Hotels in Primary & Secondary markets with more than 600 rooms. ​

TASK FORCE SUPPORT


Above Property Rooms Control Task Force (1-5 months) Support provides coverage during periods of turnover or LOA. Support is available for 7 days a week or 5 days a week.
Tier 1
Available for Select Brand Hotels in tertiary markets with less than 150 rooms. ​
Tier 2
Available for Select Brand Hotels in Primary & Secondary markets with more than 150 rooms and Full-Service Hotels wtih less than 100 rooms.​
Tier 3
Available for Full-Service Hotels in Primary & Secondary markets with 101-600 rooms. ​
